Q1. What kind of photo should I upload?
A. Please upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet. Front-facing or slightly angled photos work best. Avoid blurry images, heavy shadows, or photos taken from far away.
Q2. What if my photo isn’t high enough quality?
A. We review every photo before printing. If your image needs adjustment or is not suitable for printing, we’ll contact you by email before production begins.
Q3. What happens if I forget to upload a photo?
A. If no photo is uploaded, we’ll reach out to you after your order is placed. Production will not begin until we receive your pet’s photo.
Q4. Can I change my photo after ordering?
A. Yes — as long as production has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your image.

What is your return policy?
Because all items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as size, color preference, or design approval.
Returns for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
What items are non-refundable?
All custom and personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
