Because all items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as size, color preference, or design approval.
Returns for non-custom items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
What items are non-refundable?
All custom and personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases where:

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
