About Our Custom Orders
Yes. All COCODODO items are custom-made to order. Each piece is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
- Please upload a clear, high-resolution photo of your pet.
- Photos taken in good lighting, with your pet facing the camera or slightly angled, work best.
- Avoid blurry images, dark lighting, heavy filters, or photos taken from far away.
We carefully review every photo before printing. If your image is too low in resolution or not suitable for printing, we will contact you by email to request a replacement before production begins.
If no photo is uploaded, we will reach out to you after your order is placed. Production will not begin until we receive your pet’s photo.
Yes. You may update your photo as long as production has not started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
Because our items are made to order, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified once production has started. If you contact us shortly after placing your order and production has not yet begun, we may be able to assist. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
Production & Shipping
Production typically takes 3–5 business days.
This includes artwork processing, printing, quality inspection, and packaging.
After production is complete, shipping within the U.S. usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 7–10 business days from the order date.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be extended during holidays or high-volume periods.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking will only become available after production is completed and the order has shipped.
Order Issues
Because all items are made to order, your order must complete production before shipping.
If your order is still within the estimated delivery timeframe, we kindly ask that you allow additional time. If your order is past the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us and we will guide you on the next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as size, color preference, or design approval.
All custom and personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases where:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is defective
- The wrong item was sent
If you received an incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Giving Back
With every order, COCODODO donates $1 to animal rescue organizations that help dogs and cats in need. The donation is made per order, not per item, and is fully covered by COCODODO at no extra cost to you.
